2023 Summer Camp Fundraiser!

Kizuna Summer Camps create a connection to Japanese American culture and lasting bonds in the community.

Instead of hosting a Spring Fundraising Gala this year, we will focus our fundraising efforts on Summer Camp, a program that has grown in popularity, size and cost over the years. As much as we love spring galas, our priority for the Kizuna staff is crafting a successful and memorable Summer Camp experience for our youth, jr. counselors, and counselors alike.

Kizuna inspires a meaningful relationship with Japanese American culture like no other summer program around. If this resonates with you, then join us in support with a tax deductible donation. You can help hundreds of youth find their connection to the community this summer. Help us reach our $50,000.00 goal today.

Testimonial from an OC parent, 2022

“I am grateful for the…Kizuna staff as well as the knowledge they bring and share with the campers. When they see and hear…counselors who look like them and are successful, it indirectly validates their own self-worth. Both of my kids have enjoyed Kizuna…and that one week of summer camp has really helped them have a better sense of self. They have always been supported at home, but seeing and feeling part of a JA community is a completely different feeling--and they really value that. Thank you for all that you do.”
