Favorite Memories:
“Some of my favorite memories are when our cohort took time outside of intern days to get together and hang out. Taking time out of our personal lives to get to know each other is so valuable, and I feel that it has made our intern days together that much more beneficial. Beyond just being coworkers, we have all made genuine connections within the program.”
Achievements:
I was most proud of was keeping track of outreach for our memory care survey. As community is such a large part of Keiro’s mission, being able to support this outreach and collect perspectives from the community was extremely fulfilling. Understanding the needs of the community is the first step to helping improve it, and facilitating the collection of this data is essential for its future success and growth.
