Our program gives you a hands-on experience of leadership at the top with participating JA non-profit organizations and demystifies nonprofit oversight and governance. The Board Fellowship Program provides young professionals with the skills, networks, and experiences to successfully be an active and engaged leader...all while making a real difference in the community!
